Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, software products and mobile applications provided by E-Dew LLC ("E-Dew", "we", "us" or "our") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Consulting and development engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them except where permitted by law, or using them for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The Services and all related content, trademarks and software are owned by E-Dew LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

5. Payments

Some Services may require payment. Prices, billing terms and refund conditions are presented at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those platforms' terms.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E-Dew LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
